J. Shia of Madhouse Motors (Cambridge, MA) recently finished a cafe racer build with her business partner Sayre Anthony who also runs Nova Motorcycles.

It’s a nice and clean 1975 Honda CB550 with a 650 top end with very simple paint job- clear coat over raw metal with some accent pinstriping.

Words on the work that went into the build from J. Shia-

It’s re-jetted and with a high flow pipe to comp the 650 cam kick. painted frame- the tank and tail are raw metal that I coated with a dupont clear to hopefully keep it sealed from rust. The tail number is hand painted 54 for our customer (a local firefighters badge number.) Fixed in LED strip for the tail, painted block, powdercoated rims, Tarozzi rearsets so its a GP shift style. Plus a full engine, carb and electrical run through.

Keep an eye on the site for more features of Madhouse Motors builds! Have a look at their instagram @madhousemotors, facebook, and madhousemotors.com.
