The other day I posted a preview photo of Heidi Cormier’s custom helmet from the 4k Facebook Giveaway, promising better ones would come later. Welp, here they are.

Heidi specified black and gold as her two colors, and I relayed that to the talented Jeff Wolf when I gave him the medium Icon Airmada helmet.
I couldn’t find anywhere else this photo exists on the internet besides tumblr. If anyone has an idea where this ivory/gold/black custom came from… TELL ME. Those’re the same colors of the Monster…
Sometimes I hate google reverse image search- Roland Sands Design for Mickey Rourke. Duh.

Got my wheels back all painted today thanks to Aaron Walker. Bearings, kush drive rubbers, and tires… and the Monster Project will enter roller phase! These things are much like my tank, it’s hard to enjoy their true glory without seeing them in person. Check out the close ups to see the prism flake that matches my tank! YEEHAW! SPARKLES!
Jeff Wolf strikes again! There are benefits to letting the right artist have some artistic reign over their part of a project. I told Jeff generally what I wanted on my Monster Tank- he texted me last night to ask how I felt about a gold line around the body line of the tank where the logo sits. I figured I knew what he meant and told him to go for it. Then he sent me this. Drool.
The text added in the logo says “Classico Moderno” after the style I am going for with this build.

Son of a Gun BSA - Just saw this, and immediately had to post. My god. My eyes are wide, and I think I’m drooling. This bike is based on a BSA Gold Star, and the engine is an ex racing 1951 XB-model single with 499cc.
Thumbs up indeed, dude. Well played.
