Resting in the sunshine in the middle of a ride, one can feel a sense of wholeness that feels almost too easy to achieve. The joys of riding a motorcycle cannot be captured with one smile, one photograph, or one sentence. The energy is such that echoes on and on through time, ebbing and flowing with our personal goals and abilities… but it never fades away. Photos submitted by Agata Ożóg, beautiful and passionate Polish motolady (more photos).
Introducing Agata Ożóg, 36 year old Polish motolady. She wrote me, “I also love motorcycles, this is my whole world!” Sounds like my kind of woman! Agata rides a Honda Shadow 750 or a friends Honda CBR 600. She has a cat named Chopper, owns her own business, and quite obviously kicks ass!
Yesterday I fit my entire Ducati Monster into my 2001 Honda Accord Coupe. Now, it wasn’t quite as ridiculous as this… but still pretty impressive. Yes, this really happened. You CAN fit a motorcycle in a car. This Yamaha Virago inside a Geo Metro proves it. Check out the original flickr post. (This isn’t quite as good as the sportbike in a Honda Civic, either…)
I got an email from “Anon” (Samantha Thomason) who wrote asking about the jitters she got about buying her first bike… she said, “Took her for a spin, felt good, bought it. Just wanted to say thanks again for such awesome advice for a new rider. Really encouraging.” Congrats, Sam!
