In the fall of 2010, two best friends quit their jobs and bought vintage motorcycles to embark on a 13,000 mile tour of America.  Bringing nothing but questionable riding experience, little money, impractical food choices, a vague speedometer, gas gauges that are neither here nor there, misguided priorities, and a blurred sense of reality.  > “How’s your bike’s off road capability?” < “POOR. Meet Piper Watson and John Shea! Talk about motorcycles bringing people together… this couple traveled from their hometown of Baltimore, MD a full 5,000 miles and ended up here in Portland! Their trip isn’t over, but they stopped by my work to see the shop (and me!) and we just had to go get dinner.  More photos of Piper will soon follow.
