Sofi has been featured on the MotoLady website many times in the past, and it’s no wonder why. She’s an inspiring woman with an infectious smile and a ton of talent. Between building bikes and being generally awesome, she managed to take some time away for an interview.
One of these things is not like the other one… Sofi Tsingos and her Honda CB550 cafe racer amidst a bunch of big 30” front wheel havin’ Harley baggers made by Misfit Industries.

I got to meet Sofi Tsingos of GT Moto today, she even let me ride her bitchin’ cafe racer!
This weekend in Dallas, TX, the awe-inspiring Sofi Tsingos unveiled the cafe racer build that she’s raffling off for charity at the Gas Monkey Bar n Grill.

Pandora and I were unable to make it to the Handbuilt Motorcycle Show in Austin, Texas on April 11th and 12th this year. The event is snuggled up to MotoGP and features the Wall of Death, a full bar, and works of Shinya Kimura, Walt Siegl, Revival Cycles, Boyle Custom Moto, and one of my favorite motoladies Sofi Tsingos plus a ton of other talented folks. Sofi Tsingos has launched the website for her awesome project, GT Cafe for Cause! After her father George was diagnosed with Cancer she started this project to help keep his mind off the battle.
