I’m so excited to announce the project that I’ve been working on for two years… a book all about badass motorcycling women! In the MotoLady’s Book of Women Who Ride you’ll meet 74 of the most influencial motorcyclists of the last century. Motorcycle heroes, trailblazers, and record-breakers like Jessi Combs, Shayna Texter, Laia Sanz, Gloria Tramontin-Struck, the Van Buren sisters, and more can be found inside the 184 pages of this hard cover book celebrating motorcycling women!
Last Friday was the Women’s Motorcycle Exhibit premier- the super sexy and beautiful medium format photography of Lanakila MacNaughton. Lana got in touch with me on Thursday and asked if I could take photos of the ride in to the show. Knowing the style these ladies have and their love for riding, I knew it’d make for some great photos. A friend of mine was kind enough to let me climb onto the back (he has a sissy bar which helps for photos) and got some great shots. (Thanks Tony!)
That being said, the ladies wanted to make quite the entrance… equipped with nipsticks and smiles, they rode a few miles through Portland to See See. Above is the beautiful Michelle Clabby, with her black heart pasties, giving a sign of love and peace. <3
