The lovely Pandora and I went for an evening ride on this overcast and warm Ventura day. Soft clouds make for great photos, it’s a giant softbox in the sky dampening and washing all the sun around.

Simone’s Ivory Monster
It’s really cool seeing other retro-ish Monster builds out there. Simone de Ranieri from Pisa, Italy sent me these photos of his Ducati Monster build. Much like the beginnings of my bike, his was a little rough around the edges. Definitely something to be excited about in the ‘after’ state, however. Here are some photos from the process. Nice 60’s style Ducati logo. Gotta dig the black accents on the bottom part of the tank that give it slightly different (unique) lines when back on the bike. Pandora’s Out of the Box: First Real Monster Ride
While it doesn’t strike some folks’ fancy, I personally love seeing things go places they typically “shouldn’t”. Like SeeSee’s Monster goin’ for some off road adventuring. There are things that you know you shouldn’t do, I find myself time and time again gravitating towards those things. someone once said its better to regret the things you’ve done rather than the regret the things you would have done.
