Montgomery Motorcycles, San Clemente

Today I went up to San Onofre and San Clemente to visit my friend Justin who runs the Peanut Butter Coast blog. He’s down from Seattle with his friend Chris on a surfing adventure road trip dubbed ‘The Peelgrimage’. After food, he showed me a cool motorcycle shop he had stumbled upon, Montomery Motorcycles.  San Clemente, with a small population of some 60k people, caught me off guard with the super cool vintage motorcycle shop. The third annual Biltwell Parking lot Sale happened today at their new spot in Temecula, CA! I scored a tank and fender for a whopping $5, met the beautiful Ashmore of Babes Ride Out, saw the infamous Dump Truck again, drank free beer that flowed from a vintage Fire Truck, and laid eyes on some beautiful machines.  The Biltwell shop is lovely, all their goodies on display and lookin’ classy as expected. The folks over at Flying Tiger Motorcycles might be geniuses. These scented candles may not be the best present for Grandma (unless you’ve got a really rad Granny) but they’re pretty bitchin’.
