Helmets for Heroines on April 25th of 2014 in at Karmarama in London- celebrating lady riders and providing aid for those with Breast Cancer in need of care. Starts with a motorcycle ride through London, followed by an art show with beautiful helmets.   In a male dominated world, The Gabriel Hounds want to celebrate women on two wheels. A pair of smokin’ dames on their motorbikes in Britain, 1930s. Photographs of women motorcyclists from this time period always fascinate me; society norms changing quickly through the early 1900s allowed women to exercise and enjoy some new freedoms.
