A Day of Giving Thanks

It’s easy to take things for granted in life, and Thanksgiving is the North American Holiday to give thanks and realize what you’ve got in life.

These last few months have been sort of a whirlwind for me, and while I’ve been busier than ever I’ve been able to finally do some of the things that really make me happy. Riding in another country (hopefully many others soon to come), road tripping through the West Coast up the 101, moving to SoCal and riding in the sunshine. In other words, today I’m really really thankful.

Being able to go for a ride yesterday was surreal and completely new to me- when I post these, “OMG IT WAS SUNNY TODAY!” type photos I’m not trying to rub it in, I’m just still in complete disbelief of how awesome it is that I’m here.

Brad Barker from The Ride of My Life contacted me this week to do some video, so we went out with camera man Scotty to find some cool views. I’m so excited to be in an area where motorcycle stuff is constantly happening, where I can do rad videos and collaborate with people. Portland is an amazing place for that too, however once winter hits it’s a bit different.

In the coming months, I’ll be doing some really cool new projects that will bring a ton of new information to the MotoLady website including a site redesign. I’m coming up on doing this for three years, and I can’t thank you guys enough for your support- without you this would not be the community I love so much. Your submissions, comments, messages and everything.

Thanks for everything, your nice messages remind me again and again why I love motorcycling. Keep the rubber side down.
